-How involved do I need to be in the process? Do we work together the entire time?
Each session is catered to what works for the home owner. Some people enjoy being involved from start to finish. Others prefer to leave and come back to a finished product. I’ll need your input if you’re looking to declutter, but that doesn’t mean you have to sit there the entire time.
-What if I'm too embarrassed to let anyone see my mess?
This is a judgment free zone and all sessions are confidential. When you show me a problem that causes you stress, I see the potential. Don't let embarrassment hold you back from finding more peace & joy in your life.
-I have a cat/dog, is that an issue?
Pets are the best! Just please keep them secured if they tend to jump on visitors.
-What is the cancelation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancelation fee based on the amount of time booked. This is outlined in the service contract sent to all new clients.
-Are there any "dealbreakers" when it comes to the job site?
Health and safety always come first:
If mold or rodent/insect infestation is found, the job will immediately be paused until the situation is professionally remediated.
Also, if you or someone in your home is sick on the day of our appointment, let me know BEFORE I arrive because we may need to reschedule based on specifics.
