Since 2017, owner Michelle Zorbas, CPO®, CWC has been helping homes & small businesses become more organized and efficient. She officially formed Basika Solutions in 2021. The name is derived from the Greek word for "basics" because most organization & productivity solutions are rooted in just that.
Michelle is a Certified Professional Organizer & Productivity Specialist. She holds certifications in ADHD, Hoarding Issues, and Time Management & Productivity from ICD. She is also a Mayo Clinic certified Wellness Coach, which helps her empower clients to identify and achieve their goals. Michelle recently expanded her organization business by acquiring a Kitchen Wise Closet Wise franchise, set to launch in September 2025.
Her background includes a decade in TV news, followed by six years of Operations Management. She graduated from NYU with a BA in Journalism & Psychology. She' spent nearly a decade as a volunteer EMT in NY & NJ.
Michelle currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau.
